Social media has made professional wrestlers accessible to fans all over the world, and Twitter is a platform that’s often used by talents in the wrestling world. Former AEW World Champion Adam Page is often active on Twitter, but he announced today that he is deleting Twitter from his phone.
It’s not clear if Page will be deleting his account completely, but it seems that he’s taking a step away from the social media site. Along with his announcement that he’s deleting Twitter, Page shared several links when he posted the following:
During the 10/18 edition of Dynamite, Adam Page challenged Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship and the match was stopped after Page suffered an injury while taking a lariat. AEW later announced that Adam Page suffered a concussion during the main event.
There’s currently no word on when Page could be returning to the ring. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
