Kurt Angle announced his retirement from TNA back in November and he appeared live on Impact so that he could address the audience. Angle will be staying with TNA through the UK tour and Angle announced that he would be hosting a little tour of his own. He announced that from here on out he will be on his farewell tour as he prepares to say goodbye to TNA.
Kurt Angle announced that the first opponent for his farewell tour will be none other than Drew Galloway and the two will face off next week on Impact. Galloway made his way to the ring to pay his respects to Angle but Jesse Godderz and Eli Drake interrupted them which led to a brawl.
Kurt Angle is on his farewell tour from TNA and he plans to take time off after he finishes up with the company. However Angle has said that he will wrestle again. He had the following to say about a possible return to the ring when asked recently by WrestleTalk TV:
“I will wrestle again, I just don’t know when. Is there a possibility of a WWE return? Yes. Is there a possibility of the WWE Hall of Fame? Definitely, I mean I’m gonna be inducted, it’s just a matter of when.”
