The day after WrestleMania 39, Vince McMahon announced to the world that WWE would be acquired by Endeavor. The deal closed earlier this week with WWE and UFC merging to form a new publicly traded company known as TKO.

With the merger taking place it’s been expected that some changes would be made, and Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful is reporting that WWE President and CFO Frank Riddick will be leaving WWE later this month. According to Fightful Select, Nick Khan issued the following memo regarding the departure:

“After over thirteen years on our Board of Directors and almost two years after joining WWE full time as our CFO and serving as President/CFO, Frank Riddick will be leaving WWE post the TKO close at the end of this month.

Frank is a highly respected colleague, and it has been a pleasure to work alongside him. We are grateful for his counsel, support and dedicated years of service and wish him only continued success moving forward.

Nick Khan”

It was also noted that Frank Riddick earned a $5 million dollar bonus thanks to the TKO deal. Stay tuned for more updates on WWE departures as they become available.
