Finn Balor has recently returned from injury and is part of the WWE roster for the first time since he was called up in the draft last summer, which also left Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson on the Raw roster alongside him. Having Gallows, Anderson and Balor on the same roster is always going to pose questions of whether or not The Bullet Club would be reformed with some of its original members. It seems that Finn is well aware of the rumors and speculation surrounding this and he decided to post the following image to Instagram, to further fan the flames.
There have recently been rumors that Finn could be stepping up to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship once his rivalry with Bray Wyatt is finished, which means that this image could well ring true if he is able to defeat Lesnar and Gallows and Anderson are able to dethrone The Hardys.
The group will not be able to use “The Bullet Club” name though, since New Japan still owns the rights to it. Although it’s always possible WWE could attempt to buy those rights and recreate the club the way they were in New Japan a few years ago, just with different championships.
Finn Balor as a heel leader of the stable could be a completely different switch on his current character, and after three years being a face, it would be nice to see a new side to Finn’s personality.
