Noelle Foley caught up with Finn Balor at Comic Con over the weekend to talk to him about his new action figure and more. Finn Balor is well known all over the world for his theatrical entrances and visually stunning body paint. But revealed to Noelle that it was only supposed to be a one time thing.
Finn said that he was looking for something new to do while he was wrestling in Japan and toyed with the idea of wearing a full body suit or a mask. Eventually he came up with the idea of using body paint which he said was only supposed to be a one time thing but it got a great reaction from the crowd. He went on to say that other companies started to ask him if he could do it at their shows and that’s how it became part of his image.
He also mentioned that he didn’t think he was going to be using the body paint in the WWE but that he laid it all on the table when he met with the company and that they wanted him to try it. You can check out the full interview in the clip above.
