finn balor

Finn Balor has been out of action since August of 2016 and he’s been missed by the WWE Universe. It seemed like everything was falling in to place for Finn Balor, as he found himself on the receiving end of a monster push as soon as he was called up to the main roster.

Balor was immediately put in the title picture and he fought in the first ever Universal Championship match at SummerSlam. Finn won the title, but he was injured during the match and he had to relinquish the belt the next night on Raw.

It looks like Finn Balor will be returning to action sooner rather than later as he’s being advertised for WWE live events in March. However, it’s also rumored that he may not return to television until after WrestleMania 33.

Regardless of what WWE has in store for Finn Balor, it looks like he’s ready. Finn has been training hard as he gets ready for his return and he recently shared a photo of himself on Twitter.

As you can see above, the first ever Universal Champion is in far better shape than most people who exist on planet Earth right now, and the internet reacted accordingly to the picture.

Monday night after WWE Raw went off the air Florence Pugh and Thea Trinidad filmed scenes for the upcoming WWE Studios and Seven Bucks Productions film “Fighting With My Family.” Pugh and Trinidad reenacted a match between Paige and AJ Lee and NXT referee Drake Wuertz acted as the referee for the match.

The Rock took to Twitter to thank Wuertz for working on the movie.

Rock also recently commented on the infamous phone call that he made to former WWE Champion CM Punk after this week’s episode of Raw and you can get more on that below.
