The annual WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony is only a few days away and now it seems that the final inductee for the 2023 class has been confirmed. Today it was announced on The Bump that the late Tim White will be the recipient of the Warrior Award at this year’s ceremony.
White joins Rey Mysterio, The Great Muta, Stacy Keibler and Andy Kaufman as part of the 2023 Hall of Fame class. Tim White first joined WWE in 1985 as Andre the Giant’s agent and went on to become a full time referee for the company in 1993.
Tim White worked as a referee in some legendary matches such as the Hell in a Cell match that saw The Undertaker defeat Mankind at King of the Ring in 1998. White retired from his referee job in 2004 after he injured his shoulder at WrestleMania 20. He went on to work as an agent before parting ways with the company in 2009.
The annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place after SmackDown on Friday, March 31. Stay tuned for updates.
