This weekend the stars of the WWE and NXT will shine a spotlight on San Antonio. Saturday night NXT Takeover: San Antonio is set to air live on the WWE Network, and every NXT title will be on the line. Triple H has also announced that the winners of the NXT Year-End Awards will be revealed during the NXT Takeover: San Antonio kickoff show.

This weekend will certainly be interesting as it will likely shape the direction of NXT going forward. The stars of NXT are set to represent their brand on Saturday night, but on Sunday anything is fair game. It’s been reported that every member of the NXT roster will be backstage at the Royal Rumble, and the latest rumors making the rounds are claiming that we could see a few debuts in the Royal Rumble match.
