Fans Leave During Intermission At WWE Live Event

Wednesday was the day after Christmas, and the stars of WWE returned to action for two big live events. One live event took place at Madison Square Garden, and another took place at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL.

William Green of PWInsider was in attendance for the event at the Allstate Arena, and he noted that about 2/3rds of the venue was filled.

During the event Daniel Bryan successfully defended his WWE Title in a steel cage match against The Miz and Mustafa Ali, but it seems that not everyone who bought a ticket was in attendance for the main event which took place later in the show.

Asuka defended her SmackDown Women’s Title against Charlotte Flair & Becky Lynch in the main event, but the report notes that the intermission for the show didn’t happen until about 10 PM.

Intermission lasted for about 20 minutes, but during that time some fans thought the show was over and about 1/4th of the people in attendance left.
