The Wrestling Mayhem Show has an article up that takes an in depth look at 37 year old Oscar Ramirez, the fan who got in the ring at Night of Champions. When talking about why he did it, Ramirez said the following:
“It is just a test to see how far I would go or what lengths I would go to for the WWE Universe.”
He also claims that security moved out of his way when he went to jump over the barricade.
“They moved out of my way. Thanks to the people at the Toyota Center for conveniently NOT being around WHEN I jumped. There was no one in sight.”
The article also notes that Ramirez only served three days in jail and was released on Wednesday.
