Jonathan Coachman was teasing a WWE related announcement for ESPN earlier in the week and now the cat is out of the bag. On Tuesday’s episode of SportsCenter it was revealed that the show will now feature a weekly recap segment every Tuesday.
In the first edition of the segment Coachman recapped several recent WWE moments such as John Cena’s match with Dolph Ziggler from Raw and Kane hitting the tombstone on Seth Rollins. WWE Champion Seth Rollins also appeared via satellite and referred to himself as the New England Patriots of WWE. Rollins and Coachman also talked about sports and Rollins taunting sports teams which in the world of WWE is his duty as a heel.
The segment will air weekly on SportsCenter and you can do expect more WWE personalities to get involved in the future.
