Why Enzo Amore’s Backstage Heat Is Reportedly Getting Worse

Enzo Amore’s run with WWE has been interesting to say the least. When Amore first signed with the company he was working in NXT, and Triple H revealed a few months ago that during Enzo’s time in developmental there were people pushing for him to be released, but Triple H and Dusty Rhodes decided to keep him.

Whether you like him or not, there’s no denying that Enzo Amore has an abrasive personality. It’s been reported that Enzo has backstage heat in WWE, and it sounds like it could be getting worse this week. Dave Meltzer recently noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Enzo has been backstage bragging about his life in L.A. and all the stars he’s hanging out with while he’s away from WWE, and “he won’t shut up.” Apparently this has rubbed some people the wrong way.

It was noted that things probably won’t be getting better for Enzo this week, because Saturday night he attended the highly anticipated Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather fight, and he bragged about the fact that he paid $10,000 for his ticket on social media. He also posted several photos of himself with celebrities such as Jamie Foxx, Steve Harvey, Chance The Rapper and more.

Last week Enzo Amore joined the cruiserweight division when he made his debut on 205 Live, and he’s expected to interact with the cruiserweights tonight on WWE Raw.
