Enzo Amore Possibly Injured On Raw This Week

It hasn’t been the best year for Enzo Amore but he’s keeping on and carrying the WWE Cruiserweight Championship through it. He was sick with the flu on New Year’s Day and even had to miss P Diddy’s big NYE bash.

Now Amore is in the middle of a program with Cedric Alexander and it looks like things might be in a bit of jeopardy now because The Realest Guy In The Room appears to be injured.

There was a strange moment on Raw when Enzo Amore was busted open by Cedric Alexander and then caught Alexander in a dive when Enzo’s ankle was hurt. The medical staff rushed around Amore and couldn’t get off of him until all the blood was cleaned up. But Enzo was really only worried about his ankle. Amore even tried to swat one of them off of him, but the medical personnel still persisted in making the shot more PG Era friendly.

Enzo was counted out of his Cruiserweight Championship match so Alexander won but Amore kept the championship. This feud might be rolling onto something else, but if Enzo Amore’s ankle doesn’t check out then there could be some trouble in store for the Smack Talker Skywalker.

In a video taken backstage, you can see that Amore not only needed four stitches but his ankle will need to be X-Rayed as well. We can’t tell if this is a work or a shoot at this point because honestly, Enzo Amore is a pretty good actor. But it might mean some interesting developments in the Cruiserweight Title picture nonetheless.
