Enzo Amore was back in action tonight after being sidelined with an injury since late December. He apparently injured his knee at a house show, but it looks like it didn’t require surgery after all. He had been coming to the ring in a pimped out wheelchair for the past few weeks and had some fans worried.
Enzo and Colin Cassidy won the first match of the night over Rusev and Jinder Mahal tonight using their usual finishing maneuver. This might have been the end of the feud seeing that it was a clean win for the faces, but it’s also possible that there could be more legs on this feud.
Enzo didn’t look like he was favoring his previously injured knee one bit as he was still able to ‘Enzo strut’ his way to the ring and even worked a good portion of the match taking a few bumps in the process.
It’s good to see Enzo and Cass back in action so Big Cass can launch his best friend off of the top turnbuckle into a splash once again.
