Next week’s Monday Night Raw will be live from Las Vegas. There have been several exciting segments announced for the upcoming broadcast including the WWE Women’s Title match between Charlotte and Bayley, The Festival of Friendship with Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho, and the long-awaited debut from Emmalina.
The 27-year-old superstar has been teasing her repackaged debut since October 3rd last year. Dave Meltzer reported that the constant teasing of her debut had become somewhat of a rib backstage at a certain point. Her debut was actually announced for the December 12th episode of Raw, but her segment was cut due to time restraints.
But, it will finally happen next week (in theory).
Emmalina returned at a house show in November as a special guest referee sporting very short shorts and a tight striped referee shirt, but her television debut remained unannounced.
Emma is returning from a back injury that required surgery and although she has been cleared for a little while now, it has been a matter of creative not having anything for her at the time.
She has been appearing at house shows throughout the promotion of her “makeover,” however, every week her segments have only given the ominous “premiering soon” tagline until tonight.
