News of Emma’s release this past weekend shocked the WWE Universe before Darren Young and Summer Rae followed the Australian star out of the door, with Emma keeping quiet, until now.

Emma finally updated her Twitter account with what seemed like a positive message to all of the fans who had been Tweeting their support to her over the two days, showing that regardless of what the future holds, she will always have a loyal fanbase.
Emma tweeted:
Emma was never utilized to her full potential in WWE and it seems that the former NXT star is now looking forward to the options that her release from WWE could now give to her, which could see her reach new heights outside of the company like former WWE star Cody Rhodes.
There were rumours that she could be heading over to Impact Wrestling but like many former WWE stars, she could easily move over to the independent circuit and it’s highly likely that there will be a lot of companies open to booking her after seeing what she was able to do in a WWE ring over the past five years.
Emma’s comments now have the WWE Universe on notice because she seems to be hinting that she isn’t done with the world of sports entertainment. As soon as her no-compete clause is up, she could be returning to many of the promotions that she started at before her whirlwind career with WWE.
