During the recent set of NXT tapings Ember Moon competed in a battle royal, and she ended up taking a nasty bump when she collided with the guardrail at ringside. Fans in attendance noted that Ember was seen crying and she had to be helped to the back after the match.
Ember Moon was also recently spotted wearing a sling in a photo that was taken at the WWE Performance Center, and now WWE has officially confirmed that she is injured.
According to WWE.com, Ember Moon suffered a grade one shoulder sprain, and it’s estimated that she will need five weeks to recover. Due to the injury she has been officially pulled from the NXT Women’s Championship match at NXT TakeOver: Chicago on May 20.
