Elias Makes First Comments Following WWE Release

Last week WWE merged with UFC to form TKO, and over 100 employees were let go from WWE. Today it was reported that several Superstars were also released one of which happened to be Elias.

Elias had a consistent presence on WWE programming for years, but he hasn’t been used much since WWE dropped the Ezekiel gimmick last summer. Fans have been wondering where Elias has been in recent months, and it’s not clear where he will go from here, though it doesn’t look like he’ll be making a return to TV anytime soon.

Following his WWE release Elias took to social media to reflect on his run with WWE when he posted the following on X:

& To being my own younger brother (ZEKE)
