WWE Clash at the Castle aired live from Cardiff, Wales on Saturday and Edge teamed up with Rey Mysterio to face Damian Priest and Finn Balor. Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley were also at ringside for the event to support their respective teams.
Edge and Rey Mysterio managed to defeat The Judgement Day at Clash at the Castle, but it was what happened after the match that really got fans talking. While Edge and Rey were celebrating their victory Dominik got in the ring and hit Edge with a low blow. He then followed up by turning on his father and hitting him with a clothesline.
Following Clash at the Castle, Edge took to Twitter to thank the fans in Cardiff, and he also sent a warning to Dominik when he said that he will see him on Monday.
“Cardiff. The UK. Thank you. Tonight you gave me something that will live in my heart forever. I think you can see what it means to me. We’re in it together. And I got to pay respect to Rey and be a luchador for a minute. Ok, now that I got that off my chest. See ya Monday Dom.”
One way or another or sounds like Monday is shaping up to he a chaotic night for Dominik Mysterio. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
