Seth Rollins and Edge have been feuding for weeks now, and they’ll finally clash tomorrow night when the SummerSlam pay-per-view airs live from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
This week on SmackDown, Edge cut a promo saying that Seth Rollins had pushed him to a dark place, and that he was going to burn Seth down at SummerSlam. Later in the night Seth Rollins made his way to the ring to cut a promo in a white suit, and he told Edge that he’s out of his league.
The lights in the arena then went out and The Brood’s music played as Edge appeared on the big screen. Edge told Rollins to “Beware. Take care. Because the freaks come out at night.” Then he told Seth that he’ll “never see it coming” before a dark liquid came down on Seth as Pat McAfee called it a Brood Bath.
Rollins then rolled around the ring covered in the liquid. Seth Rollins will face Edge at SummerSlam on Saturday, August 21.
