This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw was loaded with big returns and Dolph Ziggler made his first appearance on WWE programming in years when he entered The Last Time Is Now Tournament.

While talking about his WWE return on Busted Open Radio, Nic Nemeth explained that he got the word a few weeks ago, and he went out of his way to keep it a secret.

“Two, three weeks, perhaps. There is a handful of surprises and big moments that everybody remembers. I didn’t tell my parents. I told my brother. ‘If anybody finds out, I’ll know you told them because I told nobody else.’ I’m in a group chat with Bobby Roode, Zack Ryder, and Brian Myers. I didn’t say anything. Me and Zack didn’t say anything. He said nothing. A couple interviews at The Big Event, they were like, ‘Are you wrestling on Monday at the Garden?’ ‘Pshhh, I wish. That would be cool. Cena’s last Raw.’”

Following Ziggler’s return on Raw it’s been reported that he has not signed a deal with WWE as he’s still signed to TNA Wrestling where he wrestles under his real name Nic Nemeth. WWE officials were said to have been happy with his return on Monday Night Raw.
