Since the jump to Destination America TNA has seen a drop in viewership. This has less to do with the actual quality of the show but more to do with the fact that Destination America simply isn’t available in as many households as Spike TV is.
According to PWInsider, Dixie Carter has been instructing TNA talent to ignore online reports about ratings. If the report is to be believed, Dixie has been claiming that there is ratings information that she and TNA have that online reports don’t have access to. She also reportedly claimed that when websites post the ratings information, the viewers on the West Coast as well as the replay and DVR numbers aren’t taken into account.
Dixie has told the TNA roster to pay no attention to online ratings reports and says the numbers are better than what has been reported since making the jump to a new network.
