Back in 2013, former NXT star Derrick Bateman arrived in Impact Wrestling, and he debuted with a new name and new gimmick.
He was introduced to the world as Ethan Carter III, Dixie Carter’s spoiled nephew, and he managed to take that gimmick to the top of the mountain in Impact.
EC3 is currently working in NXT, but it was announced on Monday Night Raw this week that in addition to Lars Sullivan, EC3, Lacey Evans, Heavy Machinery and Nikki Cross are all getting called up in the near future, and no one seems more excited than EC3.
The former Impact Wrestling World Champion took to Twitter after the announcement was made to congratulate himself when he posted the following:
It seems that his Aunt D, is excited as well, because she congratulated him and WWE on Twitter.
