TNA President Dixie Carter recently spoke to The Associated Press about Impact’s debut on POP TV and more. While talking about the premiere Dixie also addressed fan criticism over the fact that TNA has signed many ex-WWE stars over the years.
“We’ve always been criticized about taking WWE talent and I think it’s pretty interesting how the roles have been reversed. Our competitors, our competition have been after our talent.”
She also commented on James Storm’s return to the company.
“A lot of times they come back,” she said. “The grass isn’t always greener and what we have here is very special.”
