Dixie Carter And Billy Corgan Announce Plans For The TNA World Championship

Let’s do a quick recap. Matt Hardy won the TNA World Championship at Bound For Glory with an assist from his brother Jeff who was special guest referee. EC3 then filed an injunction against Matt Hardy which will prevent Matt from working in TNA. Matt Hardy responded by vacating the TNA World Championship so that it can be defended in TNA until the injunction thing is cleared up.

Now Dixie Carter and Billy Corgan have announced that a World Title Series will begin tonight on Impact which will eventually lead to a new TNA Champion being crowned. You can check out the announcement in the video above.
