WWE announced today that they’ve released former Raw GM Brad Maddox. PWInsider is reporting that Maddox was released due to some inappropriate language he used during the tapings on Tuesday. Maddox lost to R-Truth in a dark match but before the match started he cut a promo. Maddox was apparently trying to get heat and he referred to the Indianapolis Colts as “cocky pricks.”
Apparently WWE officials didn’t like that very much and they decided to release him.
Typical. Guy probably had someone in the back who really liked him so they kept him around. They were looking for any chance They could to cut ties and they tool it. I loved his whole Pre GM gimmick when he was doing the whole awkward thing than surprised all the marks with his charisma …
