When it comes to wrestlers in the women’s division there’s no denying that Doudrop stands out, but the former WWE 24/7 Champion hasn’t been appearing on WWE programming as of late.
Dave Meltzer recently discussed Doudrop’s status on Wrestling Observer Radio and he noted that she hasn’t been appearing on TV due to a visa situation. Several wrestlers who were originally part of the NXT UK brand are apparently dealing with the same situation.
It was noted that Doudrop, Tyler Bate, The Gallus Boys and Blair Davenport are all currently dealing with a visa situation that they’re trying to get worked put which is why they haven’t been appearing on WWE programming.
It was announced last year that NXT UK would be going on hiatus and it’s expected that NXT Europe will be launching at some point in 2023, so it will be interesting to see if any of the aforementioned names are used for the brand. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
