After weeks of hype Bryan Danielson finally made his big AEW debut following the main event of All Out, and he made his entrance to a new remixed version of Ride of the Valkyries.
Leading up to the pay-per-view there was a lot of speculation about whether or not he would be throwing things back to his indie days by using The Final Countdown by Europe as his entrance song, but ultimately it didn’t happen.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that AEW did attempt to get the rights to The Final Countdown, but it would have been “cost prohibitive” even for Tony Khan.
Instead of licensing the rights to The Final Countdown a new theme titled Born For Greatness was created by Elliot Taylor, and the full theme can be heard below.
