Details On The Backstage Reaction To Nikki Cross At The Royal Rumble

Sunday night the men and women of the WWE roster competed in their respective Royal Rumble matches, and fans saw quite a few stars from NXT get thrown over the top rope.

Former NXT star Nikki Cross recently joined the main roster, and on Sunday she competed in her first Royal Rumble match.

Cross didn’t pull out the win, but she did get a pretty good reaction from the fans in attendance.

PWInsider is reporting that a lot of people backstage were “pleasantly surprised” by the big pop that Nikki Cross got when she made her entrance for the women’s Royal Rumble match.

At this point it hasn’t been decided with brand Nikki Cross will be joining full-time, but it will be interesting to see how she’s booked moving forward, and if she will continue to get a positive reaction from the fans.
