Rey Mysterio returned to WWE a few years ago, and since then Mysterio has found success by winning championship gold, and feuding with some of the top names in the business.
However, it’s been reported that over the last few months the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion has been working without a contract.
Now the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Rey Mysterio has agreed to a new deal, and it’s believed his new contract is for three years.
Rey has been involved in one of the biggest Raw angles of the summer with his son Dominik and Seth Rollins.
Last month Rollins claimed a victory over Mysterio when he took out his eye during the Eye For An Eye match.
On Sunday Dominik will get his chance to avenge his father when he faces Seth Rollins in a Street Fight at SummerSlam.
