Tonight the men and women of the WWE will be competing in their respective Royal Rumble matches as they attempt to earn a title shot at WrestleMania. Everybody knows that it takes a lot of effort to go the distance if you enter the Royal Rumble at number one, but it sounds like that’s exactly what Liv Morgan is trying to do.
The former SmackDown Women’s Champion recently spoke to Denise Salcedo of Instinct Culture and she noted that she has pitched the idea of her being the first entrant in the women’s Royal Rumble.
“I am hoping, and I have been pitching myself to come out first. I want to come out first and make a statement. To not only endure all the pain and physicality that it will take to get to me to be the last woman standing, but to leave a message that, bring all 29 women on and at the end of the day, I’m still going to be the last one standing in that ring. Who knows what title I’d want to wrestle for.”
So far Liv Morgan, Candice LeRae, Rhea Ripley, Raquel Rodriguez, Shayna Baszler, Zelina Vega, Emma, Bayley, Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, Lacey Evans and Xia Li have all been confirmed for the women’s Royal Rumble. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
