It’s been a while since fans have seen Bobby Lashley or MVP on WWE programming, and right now there’s a lot of talk about Lashley and MVP potentially parting ways with WWE.

PWInsider is reporting that MVP’s current contract with WWE is set to expire in mid-August. It was noted that there have not been any major discussions regarding a new deal yet. There was talk of using MVP as a producer, or announcer, but nothing ever came of it. The word is that at one point there had been some sort of tryouts.

When it comes to Bobby Lashley’s status it’s being reported that he was offered a new WWE contract. However, a source stated that it wasn’t an offer the immediately made him jump to sign. It’s being said that Bobby Lashley has strongly considered seeing what he would be worth on the market. The belief right now is that Bobby Lashley and MVP will be leaving WWE when their contracts expire.

Shelton Benjamin is still currently a free agent, and it’s rumored that MVP and Bobby Lashley could be looking to reunite The Hurt Business. You can get more details on a potential Hurt Business reunion here.
