Donald Trump has made some interesting appearances on WWE programming over the years and on the road to WrestleMania 23 his rivalry with Vince McMahon intensified leading up to the Battle of the Billionaires.
Umaga was selected to represent Vince McMahon, and Bobby Lashley was selected to represent Donald Trump for the Battle of the Billionaires with the stipulation being that Trump or McMahon would have to get their head shaved depending on which wrestler won the match.
It seems that Trump had no interest in entertaining the idea of him getting his head shaved as a recent report from the Wall Street Journal noted, “Mr. Trump had his associates review the contract to ensure that under no circumstances would Mr. McMahon be allowed to shave his head, even if Mr. Trump’s wrestler dropped dead in the ring.”
The Wall Street Journal also reported that Trump was paid an extra $1 million for his appearance at WrestleMania 23 because his appearance was such a success. Vince McMahon reportedly paid $5 million in unrecorded company expenses in 2007 and 2009 to the Donald J. Trump Foundation
