For months now people have been talking about an all women’s tournament in WWE, similar to the CWC, and Triple H confirmed the idea was being discussed during a conference call earlier this year. It was later reported that WWE plans to tape the all women’s tournament in early 2017.
According to PWInsider, no one has been officially signed for the tournament yet, but WWE has been reaching out to a number of talents as of late. Heidi Lovelace, Kimber Lee, Nixon Newell and Evie are all names who WWE has reportedly contacted. Deonna Purrazzo and Rachel Ellering are also two names who have been brought up in regards to plans for the tournament.
