While promoting this Sunday’s WWE Battleground event with a Boston-based radio station, Dean Ambrose weighed in his infamous nickname.
According to wzlx.cbslocal.com, “A trend emerged on Reddit while Ambrose was still in The Shield, when a fan held a sign referring to the superstar as the “Ti**y Master.” Ambrose, however, quickly shot it down during the interview, claiming he’d never even heard that before.
“That’s why I don’t do the internet very much,” remarked Ambrose, who has not posted a message on Twitter since 2012.
At WWE Battleground, Ambrose faces the man who betrayed him, Seth Rollins. He believes the match will be the start of a long rivalry.
“I don’t think this is going to be the end,” Ambrose said. “I think me and him are going to be at each other’s throats and tearing it up and having spectacular matches for years and years down the line, but you’re going to get to see the first ones this Sunday.”
