Dean Ambrose vs Chris Jericho is official for Extreme Rules and the two men are going to face off in the first ever Asylum Match. Dean Ambrose made his way to the ring and he called out Chris Jericho then taunted him. Jericho said he wants $15,000 for his jacket and eventually Dean Ambrose got him to agree to a match at Extreme Rules. Ambrose asked Jericho if he was sure about the match, because he can get a little crazy. Jericho told him no one’s crazier than he is.
Dean Ambrose then told Chris Jericho he had a surprise for him and a cage started to descend upon the ring. Ambrose said that Shane McMahon told him he cant have any match he wants so he came up with the Asylum Match. The match will take place inside a steel cage that also has weapons hanging above the ring. The weapons that were shown on Raw included a fire extinguisher, Ambrose’s plant Mitch, a strait jacket and more. You can check out the reveal in the clip below.
