Dates And Locations Confirmed For WWE 205 Live Events

The WWE 205 Live roster will be doing big things in 2018, as it was recently reported that WWE officials were considering holding special live events for the brand next year.

Now the report has been confirmed as WWE announced 3 live events in January, and the dates and locations for the events are as follows:

Friday, Jan. 19, 2018 – Kingston, RI – The Ryan Center
Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018 – Lowell, MA – Lowell Auditorium
Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018 – Poughkeepsie, NY – Mid Hudson Civic Center

Tickets for the events are set to go on sale on Friday, December 8.

Stars currently being advertised for the events include WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore, Kalisto, Jack Gallagher and more.

Since the cruiserweight division returned last year, it has been met with a mixed response from fans, and a portion of the crowd sometimes leaves before 205 Live is taped after SmackDown Live on Tuesday nights. So, it will be interesting to see how many tickets the brand ends up selling for these three special events.

WWE clearly wants to establish 205 Live as its own brand, and nothing happens overnight, so hopefully these events will continue to push the brand forward, and hopefully they will be a success for the stars of the WWE cruiserweight division.
