Each and every year fans are guaranteed to see at least one Hell in a Cell match thanks to the annual Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, and this year will be no exception. Saturday night during the WWE live event in Detroit, MI, it was announced that the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view will take place from the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, and it will air live on the WWE Network on October 8.
When John Cena returned to SmackDown Live a few weeks ago, he returned as a free agent, and he’s now eligible to compete on both Raw and SmackDown. John Cena’s free agent status gives him the option to compete in a few different matches that fans have been waiting to see, and one man people want to see John Cena face is Samoa Joe.
John Cena vs. Samoa Joe has officially been announced for the August 27 WWE live event at the BancorpSouth Arena in Tupelo, MS.
