Darby Allin has been one of AEW’s rising stars over the last few months, and he’s managed to put on solid performances against some big names such as Cody Rhodes, Jon Moxley and Chris Jericho.
Allin is still working his way up the ladder in All Elite Wrestling, but he made it clear that he wants to be a main eventer when he posted the following on Twitter:
“I came to AEW to be in that main event spot cause I knew that’s exactly where I belong.
If you don’t think I belong in that spot…..fuck you.”

Allin was defeated by Cody Rhodes in a rematch on the Homecoming edition of Dynamite this week, but the match received positive reviews on social media, so it’s probably safe to say Darby Allin started 2020 on the right foot.
