Daniel Bryan is certainly no stranger to championships, as he’s won various titles during his time with WWE, and he’s a five time WWE World Champion.
Each of Daniel Bryan’s title reigns have been different, as he’s been both a heel and a face champion, but during a recent interview with SoloWrestling he explained the Planet’s Champion run was his favorite.
“Being the Planet Champion was by far my favorite. It’s interesting because in WWE my reigns have never been very good [laughs].”
The former champion then went on to explain why some of his other reigns didn’t feel as special to him.
“I won the championship at WrestleMania XXX but had to vacate it some time later due to a neck injury, and I also won the World Heavyweight Championship in 2011 but lost it in 18 seconds at WrestleMania XXVIII. Those reigns didn’t feel as special as when I was Planet Champion and bad boy.”
