Daniel Bryan Returns To The Ring At WrestleMania, Kevin Owens And Sami Zayn’s Fate Revealed

Just a few weeks ago Daniel Bryan announced that he’s been cleared to return to in-ring competition on SmackDown Live, and he also fired Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens after making his big announcement.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn responded by beating Daniel Bryan down, so Bryan made Zayn and Owens an offer they couldn’t refuse.

Bryan challenged Zayn and Owens to a tag team match against himself and Shane McMahon at WrestleMania, and he told them that if they could pull out a victory then they would get their jobs back. The two former SmackDown Live stars accepted the challenge.

Sunday night at WrestleMania 34, Daniel Bryan returned to the ring in the same building where he won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 30.

Shane McMahon made his entrance first, followed by Daniel Bryan who got a huge pop, and the fans chanted his name after his music stopped playing.

KO’s music then hit, and Zayn and Owens attacked Bryan and Shane from behind.

They beat them both down and powerbombed Daniel Bryan on the apron before the match even started. Doctors came out to check on him, and while Bryan was being looked at Shane McMahon started the match on behalf of his team.

After spending several minutes on the ground outside the ring, Daniel Bryan slid back in and broke up the pin when Kevin Owens tried to put away Shane McMahon.

Bryan finally got the tag and the crowd went crazy as he entered the match.

Daniel Bryan dominated KO and Zayn for several minutes, and he showed absolutely no signs of ring rust.

Owens and Zayn got the upper hand again, but Bryan kicked out of the Helluva Kick and the Pop Up Powerbomb.

Bryan got Sami Zayn with the Yes Kicks, then went for the running knee before locking in the Yes Lock and Sami tapped.

That means Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are still fired.

After the match Bryan went and kissed Brie Bella who was sitting at ringside then he celebrated in the ring with Shane McMahon as the crowd chanted “Yes! Yes! Yes!”
