Daniel Bryan Returning To The Ring At WrestleMania, Update On Shane McMahon’s Status

Last week on SmackDown Live, General Manager announced that he had been cleared to return to the ring, and then he fired Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Owens and Zayn didn’t respond well to being fired, as they brutally assaulted Daniel Bryan, but the SmackDown GM still showed up for this week’s show.

This week he showed up to make an announcement, and he said that he wants to give Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens just one opportunity at WrestleMania. He then challenged Zayn and Owens to a tag team match against himself and Shane McMahon at WrestleMania.

Bryan did address Shane’s health issues, and he said he has good reason to believe Shane will be able to compete at WrestleMania 34.

He said that if he and Shane win, Owens and Zayn will continue to be fired, but if Zayn and Owens win they will get their jobs back.

Daniel Bryan then went on to say that he’s sick of being the General Manager, and he fought for years to get back in the ring and wrestle. He said Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens tried to take that away from him, but Daniel Bryan is back and he will fight at WrestleMania.

He finished his promo by saying he won’t take no for an answer, and he’s going to kick Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn’s ass at WrestleMania.

Sami Zayn later confirmed the match via Twitter.
