This week’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live drew 2.681 million viewers according to Show Buzz Daily.
Viewership for this week’s episode was down slightly compared to last week’s show which drew 2.743 million viewers.
Daniel Bryan recently revealed that he and Shane McMahon have plans to create a new WWE Women’s Championship for SmackDown. Last night on the new SmackDown post-show Talking Smack Bryan also explained the plan for the new WWE Tag Team Titles that are coming to SmackDown.
Bryan said that he and Shane don’t want to rush the introduction of new titles.
“I don’t know if you guys know this but the tag team titles are not on SmackDown. Shane and I are in the process of figuring out how we’re going to adjust that and bring in new titles. We don’t want to be like Raw and then all of a sudden create a Universal Title, or a Galaxy Title, these guys are going to be the Milky Way Tag Team Champions! Shane and I aren’t trying to do that.”
