Brock Lesnar is the current WWE Universal Champion, but it’s not big secret that his WWE contract is set to expire soon, and it’s been rumored that he could be returning to UFC.
Well, you can put the rumors to rest because Dana White confirmed during an appearance on UFC Tonight that The Beast will indeed be stepping into the octagon again.
“Yeah, Brock Lesnar’s coming back,” White said. “I don’t know when, but yes he is.”
Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com also took to Twitter to say that Dana’s comments are more than hype, and that a deal is in place for Brock.
“According to multiple sources, this isn’t promoter talk from White. UFC is confident Lesnar will be back after his WWE duties are wrapped up on Sunday. A deal is in place. Key now is to finalize it.”

In 2016 Brock Lesnar made his return to UFC and defeated Mark Hunt at UFC 200, but it was later revealed that he had failed the required drug tests and the decision was overturned.
Brock was under WWE contract at the time, but it’s believed that WWE officials will not allow him to fight in UFC while under contract again due to the failed tests.
