Current WWE Superstar Reportedly Backstage At Impact Tapings

Jeff Jarrett and company are set to tape several weeks of programming for Impact Wrestling in Orlando over the next few days. There have been quite a few rumors in regards to who might be showing up and some pretty high profile names are already in the building.

It’s already been confirmed that former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio is in the house and as we all know, wherever Alberto goes, his fiancé is sure to follow.

PWInsider is reporting that former WWE Divas Champion and current WWE superstar Paige is backstage at the Impact Zone for tonight’s tapings.

Paige has been sitting on the sidelines for quite some time now due to injury and she had neck surgery a few months ago. She has said publicly several times that her WWE contract doesn’t expire for a few years and she plans to fulfill her obligations to the company.

However, one has to imagine that WWE officials aren’t going to be too happy about the fact that Paige is backstage for tonight’s Impact tapings. It’s been rumored that WWE officials weren’t very supportive of her relationship with Alberto Del Rio and this situation probably isn’t going to convince them to think otherwise.

Don’t expect Paige to appear on camera as that would create a massive legal debacle. Still the fact that she decided to spend the night at the Impact Zone in the first place is a pretty bold move on Paige’s part.
