The emergence of All Elite Wrestling has changed the industry in a big way, as WWE officials are trying to lock talents in to longer contracts so they don’t jump ship and join another country.
There’s not telling who might join All Elite Wrestling in the future, but at least one current WWE Superstar has taken his name out of the running.
One fan asked TJ Perkins on Twitter when they will see him in AEW, and he responded with the following:
“If it were up to me, literally never. I’m doing everything I possibly can to succeed here on the team I always wanted to play for, both on and off camera.”
Fans then followed up by asking what they can do to support him, and he said “probably nothing” then went on to say that WWE won’t let him “off the bench.”
You never know who might show up in All Elite Wrestling, and back in September…
