We’re deep into WrestleMania week and a few days ago fans got to watch the annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Peacock. The ceremony featured the 2020 and 2021 class, and there were some big names who got inducted such as the nWo, Rob Van Dam, Kane, Eric Bischoff and more.
There are certainly more than a few talents on the WWE main roster who will likely end up in the Hall of Fame someday, and one current champion is already calling her shot.
SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks recently spoke to The Root, and she noted that she thinks she deserves to be the youngest Hall of Famer.
“The next thing I want to do is go into my rightful place in the [WWE] Hall of Fame next year. I feel like I earned that, I deserved that, and why not accomplish that goal? Next year I’ll be 30, so I’ll be the youngest.”
Sasha Banks will defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Bianca Belair during night 1 of WrestleMania 37 on Saturday, April 10. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
