The world of professional wrestling is always changing. A few years ago AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Bobby Roode were all top stars working for Impact Wrestling, but now they’re all members of the WWE main roster.
It seems that the thought of WWE and Impact working together would have been immediately dismissed not too long ago, but it was recently reported that WWE will be licensing Broken Universe footage from Impact, so it appears that the two companies are on much better terms now.
Over the weekend fans were treated to a rare match when current WWE Superstar Apollo Crews faced off against current Impact Wrestling star Moose during a Preston City Wrestling event in Great Britain.
According to PWInsider, WWE allowed Apollo Crews to work the event as part of an agreement that will see PCW help WWE get into a venue that the promotion has an exclusive contract for.
In the end it was Apollo Crews who picked up the victory over Moose.
