Current Favorite To Win The First Ever Women’s Royal Rumble Match

The Royal Rumble pay-per-view is always one of the most anticipated events of the year, but there’s even more hype for the show this time around because this year it will feature the first ever WWE women’s Royal Rumble match.

It’s been rumored for months that WWE officials were considering the match, and Stephanie McMahon made it official a few weeks ago. Ever since Stephanie made the big announcement, everyone’s been trying to pick a winner, and there’s been a lot of speculation that some big names could be appearing in the match.

One of those big names who has been rumored for the match is MMA star Ronda Rousey, and at one point the betting odds favored Ronda Rousey to win.

However, BetWrestling.com is reporting that there’s been a big shift in the betting odds, and now Asuka is favored to win the match at +162. Rousey’s name is still in the mix as she sits at number two with +175. Paige also sits in a solid spot at +600 with Becky Lynch at +700 and Nia Jax at +1000.

Stephanie McMahon and Maria Menuonos are also listed as possible entrants on Paddy Power along with other names such as AJ Lee, Trish Stratus, Stacy Keibler, Beth Phoenix and more.

Asuka winning the first ever women’s Royal Rumble winner would make sense as it would keep her undefeated streak intact, but anything can happen in the WWE.

Who do you want to see win the match? Sound off in the comments below.
