There’s never a good time for a wrestler to be injured, but it looks like one of WWE’s current champions has been sidelined and was pulled from an appearance ahead of Raw tonight.
Earlier today Liv Morgan was scheduled for a Cricket Wireless meet and greet, but she was replaced by Dolph Ziggler. Fightful Select is reporting that Liv Morgan was replaced because she was injured during the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match on SmackDown. There’s currently no word on the severity of the injury or at what point it occurred.
Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez were set to defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville on Raw, but that match is now set to change. It was noted that WWE hasn’t been promoting the match on social media or in the official preview for Raw.
At this point in time there’s no word on what will be done with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
